The Union League of Philadelphia a History of Food and Drink

This was the last book design commissioned by the late Pina Templeton. The Union League of Philadelphia - A History of Food and Drink was intended to be a gift to the social club that Mrs. Templeton had been a long time member of, as well as a gift for it's star chef, Martin Hamann. This book is the story of the social club's beginning and it's tie with great food and drink. It highlights each of the League's dining venues and includes perfed recipe cards so club members can recreate their favorite dishes and drinks at home.
